These Terms govern use of the Daily AI Drops application ("the App"), an automation tool operated by its owner ("we", "us") that generates and publishes short videos to the owner's own TikTok account.
The App generates short-form video content using automated tools and publishes it to the single TikTok account that has authorized the App through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API.
The App is a personal automation tool used solely by its owner on their own TikTok account. It is not offered as a service to third parties and does not act on behalf of other users.
All AI-generated or AI-assisted content published by the App is labeled as AI-generated using TikTok's disclosure tools, in compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and AI-content policies.
Use of the App is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Developer Terms, and Community Guidelines. The App will not be used to post spam, misleading, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The owner is solely responsible for content published to their account.
